Only around for Christmas. Whipped in small batches, Australian Copper Tree Farm butter is beaten with brown sugar until light and creamy, then finished with a generous amount of brandy. Spoon it onto hot Christmas pudding and watch it melt, or top a warm fruit mince pie. We only make it once a year, so grab a jar while you can.
